‘Millinery: A Study in Light, Shadow, and Form’

Funded by the Homo Faber Fellowship, ‘Millinery: A Study in Light, Shadow, and Form’ is a 5 piece collaborative collection between selected ‘rising star’ Charlie Tolley Millinery, and artisan Sahar Freemantle.

Reimagining the use of traditional millinery techniques in the contemporary art space, and examining the interaction between light and material, this collection featured at Casa Degli Artisti in Milan Design Week 2026 is a testament to the potential of Charlie Tolley’s unique design style, and proven technical skill.
